Vitamin C recycles used Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an intracellular anti-oxidant which controls damage to muscle cells. The demand for Selenium, an anti-oxidant, is greatly increased with exercise. Together with Vitamin E, they protect muscles from damage.
Directions for use:
Administer 30 cc (60 ml) 5-6 hours prior to event and 30 cc immediately following.
